- **Access**: The site is reached via a gravel road, which can be challenging to navigate for sedans, especially during and after rain. We recommend using a vehicle suited for rougher terrain.

- **Utilities**: There is no access to city water or sewage. We utilize eco-friendly outhouses and incinerating toilets for waste management.

- **Serenity**: The remote location ensures a peaceful stay with no noise from traffic. Enjoy the sounds of nature and the beauty of the great outdoors uninterrupted.

- **Sawdust Cover**: After each use, simply cover the waste with sawdust. This helps manage odors and initiates the composting process.

We provide services within a designated one-acre area on the property (a map will be provided). Guests are not permitted to access the gun range beside the lake or the lake deck, which will be marked with warning signs and secured with a chained post. While guests are welcome to walk to the lake and fish, swimming and any water activities are not allowed.

We are a family-friendly campsite, and for the safety of all guests, we require adults to supervise children under 18 at all times. Children are not permitted to venture off to the lake or the restricted gun range. Additionally, both children and pets must avoid disturbing the cows. Please respect others when sharing common amenities to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

Fireworks not allowed.

The Accommodations are pet-friendly, and well-behaved pets are welcome in designated areas. Please ensure that all dogs are leashed while on the premises. Guests are reminded that Host will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by pets brought onto the property. Additionally, due to insurance restrictions, aggressive breeds, including but not limited to Pit Bull, Gull Dong, Bull Terrier, Caucasian Ovchanka (Caucasian Shepherd), German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Wolf Hybrid, Akita, Mastiff, Malamute, Great Dane, Cane Corso, Staffordshire Terrier, Perro de Presa, Dalmatian, Boxer, and Presa Canario, are not permitted. Guests will remain responsible for all damage caused to the Accommodations and for personal injuries and property damage suffered by third parties as a result of the failure to control animals.
